The candidate will be working with prosecutors and opposing counsel to resolve cases Responsibilities: • Manage and represent clients in both criminal and family law cases. • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other team members. • Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, briefs, and motions. • Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront. • Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and motions as necessary. • Handle administrative tasks related to client invoicing, billing, and meeting setups. • Working with prosecutors and opposing counsel. Qualifications: • Must hold a valid South Carolina legal license. • Experience in criminal and family law is required. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, conscientious, and holds oneself to the highest professional standards. • Must be able to work without needing much guidance. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
