Ideal candidates must have knowledge of Personal Injury practices and Personal Injury files. Candidates should also have experience taking depositions of witnesses and experts; conducting Arbitration Hearings; writing Motions and writing discovery. Candidates who have completed a Short Trial and/or Jury Trial as lead counsel are preferred, but not required. Candidates must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and be able to work fluidly within any department. Workers' Compensation case experience is not required, definitely a plus! Compensation- Compensation will consist of the base salary plus a percentage of attorney fees recovered. Responsibilities: • Handle a variety of Personal Injury case types • Manage assigned cases from intake to settlement • Supervise litigation paralegal team • Review and advise the pre-litigation case team from intake to settlement • Prepare the team for trials of all types Qualifications: • Excellent verbal & written communication skills; Outlook, Word, Excel experience • Management of cases and staff • Ability to work under pressure • Excellent client service skills • Flexible Schedule
