As an Associate Attorney at Fiore Legal, you will have paralegal support, so that you can focus on strategy for our clients. Responsibilities: • Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice • Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients • Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff • Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings • Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently Qualifications: • Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base • Law degree from a fully accredited law school • An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association • 1-3 years of personal injury experience • Superior writing and oral advocacy skills • Excellent client service and communication skills • Strong leadership skills • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 yearly
