    Associate Attorney (Spanish Speaking) Family/ Estate Planning Practice We are seeking a motivated Spanish-speaking Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate has prior experience as an independent attorney or self-employed legal professional and is driven with strong communication and sales skills. It’s empowering to work in an environment where my contributions make a real impact." – HR Manager Responsibilities: • Handle cases in Family Law or Estate Planning (experience in at least one area required; willingness to learn others is essential). • Prepare and appear in court for family law litigation cases (prior courtroom experience is not required, but willingness to do so is necessary). • Manage client interactions, ensuring professional and compassionate communication. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, contracts, and legal documents. • Maintain compliance with firm policies and case management procedures. • Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop strategies for case success. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Utilize sales experience to build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent client service. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in the state (specify the state, if applicable). • Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written proficiency required). • 1-3 years of legal experience , preferably with prior experience as an independent attorney or in a self-employed legal role. • Experience in Family Law or Estate Planning (at least one required; willingness to learn from others is essential). • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. • Willingness to appear in court and represent clients in litigation. • Prior sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred (e.g., experience in a sales role, retail, hospitality, or another client-driven industry before practicing law). • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different legal practice areas. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. • Familiarity with law practice management software; MyCase experience is a plus, but not required. • Comfortable working with digital client files, calendars, and task management tools. • Ability to learn new legal software systems quickly and adapt to evolving technology. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in document handling and time tracking. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 yearly DOE

    $70,000-$80,000 per year
