Responsibilities: • Writing, reviewing, and editing legal correspondence. • Creating legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. • Responding to written discovery and opposing motions. • Preparing for trials and participating in them. • Achieving firm targets and benchmarks. • Maintaining regular communication with clients and opposing counsel. • Supervising support staff who assist with caseload, ensuring that all cases in the litigation department are on track and moving forward. Qualifications: • Excellent legal writing abilities and a keen attention to detail are essential. Candidates who served on Law Review are preferred. • Must possess an active license to practice law in the United States. • Should have at least 2 years of experience in civil litigation. • While experience in employment law is strongly preferred, it is not mandatory as we offer comprehensive training in this area for candidates with a strong litigation background. • Seeking a candidate with a passion for advocating for employee rights, as this is a key focus in our practice. • The right candidate will be pivotal in the firm's success and must demonstrate exceptional communication, dedication, motivation, and proactiveness. • An ambitious individual who excels in efficiently managing multiple tasks and takes pride in their work will thrive in our firm. Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 yearly
