Join a team of devoted, dedicated client advocates who emphasize and appreciate hard work, as well as life ‘outside the office’ • Flexible autonomy regarding hybrid/remote work and schedule • Competitive compensation packages and benefits Responsibilities: • High level legal analysis • Legal research • Overall case management • Prepare Law & Motion filings in state and federal court • Prepare correspondence and legal documents including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions and settlement agreements • Conduct discovery • Prepare for and attend, hearings, depositions and mediations • Prepare for and attend trials including first chair and arbitration Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients • Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base • Candidates must have passed the bar exam • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school • Admitted to practice and in good standing with the State Bar of California • California Resident • 4+ years of litigation experience Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 yearly
