Legal counsel support client's immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Strong desire to win and help the voiceless. Researches and interprets existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to immigration laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk of removal/deportation.
Admitted to practice law in any US state.
Excellent writing, organizational and research skills required. Has to have graduated in top 10% of either undergraduate or law school.
Has to have at least 3 years of litigation or immigration law experience. Position requires regular appearance in Immigration Court, reliefs with immigration court in MC/IH's and USCIS for interviews.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited university. Immigration experience a plus. Diligence and organizational skills necessary.
