Provides legal advice and counsel in support of immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Researches and interprets existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk. Prepares and reviews all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. Reviews and process incoming documents.
Admitted to practice law in any state
Excellent writing, organizational and research skills required. (Writing sample may be requested).
Applicants need litigation 2 years of litigation or immigration experience . Position requires regular appearance in Immigration Court in person and by video.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited university. Immigration experience a plus. Diligence and organizational skills necessary.
