You will work closely with our team, conduct legal research, draft documents, and maintain client files. Responsibilities: • Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients • Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently • Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts to be used proceedings and contract negotiations • Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate degree. • Passed the Colorado Bar exam. • Colorado Bar membership in good standing. • Creative, empathetic, ethical, collaborative, independent, tech-savvy, and an excellent writer. • Passion for family law and client empowerment. • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients. Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000
