Paine Hamblen seeks a recent graduate or an upcoming 2025 graduate to join our team. The expected base salary is $80,000, in addition to monthly origination and performance bonuses. Medical, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage are paid 100% by the Firm. Dental coverage is offered, but paid for by the employee. The Firm also contributes 3% to an employee’s 401(k) plan with an additional match contribution of up to 6% of the employee’s compensation, depending on the employee’s contribution. The Firm provides bar and professional membership dues and parking. Responsibilities: • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys • Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
