Responsibilities: • Represent clients including national/regional banks, institutional lenders, nontraditional lenders, equipment financiers, Fortune 500 companies, and multi-million dollar judgment creditors across Washington, California, and Oregon. • Work on various aspects of creditors’ rights in commercial collections, judgment enforcement matters, and bankruptcy cases. • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and professionals to provide high-quality legal services to clients. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to hone your skills.
