Responsibilities: • Handle probate and trust administration, including filings, court appearances, and client communication. • Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on estate planning and probate issues. • Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other essential documents. • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure exceptional client service. • Manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail • Stay current on changes in estate planning and probate law. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in Washington. • 1-5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law (preferred but not required). • Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture. • Strong client service skills with a compassionate and professional approach. Compensation: $75,000 - $91,000 yearly
