    Key responsibilities include:

    • Conducting thorough case analysis and legal research
    • Drafting and filing motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
    • Taking and defending depositions
    • Managing all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
    • Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
