  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in banking, sales, or customer service, preferably in a supervisory role
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial transactions and reporting
    • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
    • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
    • Proficiency in relevant banking software and tools
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • Flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including day and evening shifts as needed
    • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

    As a mobility service provider, our Branches & Operations division is the point of contact with our customers: whether by phone, app or directly in our SIXT branches. This means: premium service directly to the customer, advice and sales in exchange and responsibility for the rental process of our premium fleet.
