POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Associate Tenant Representation Broker to join our commercial real estate team. This role is focused on business development, including cold calling, prospect outreach, and setting new meetings with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, resilience, and a passion for generating new business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to prospective tenants.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to discuss tenant representation services.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through consistent prospecting efforts.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to create and implement business development strategies.
• Track and manage all outreach activities using CRM tools.
• Assist with market research, property searches, and preparation of marketing materials.
• Build relationships with industry contacts through networking events and social media engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, sales, or related field.
• 2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in business development
• Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.
