Associate Clinician - Therapist
Are you committed to providing high-quality care to couples and families seeking solutions to their relationship issues? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for a therapist who can provide our patients with long-term strategies to improve their relationships. You'll provide patients with EBT intervention, diagnose psychological problems, identify problematic patterns that need to be modified, help strengthen their communication, and address dysfunctional behaviors. Responsibilities: • Conduct intake and needs assessment of individuals, significant others, and family members by testing, interviewing, observing, and holding discussion sessions • Attend and participate in weekly scheduled Clinical Team meetings and collaborate with community agencies • Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment programs for each patient individually • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards • Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques • Attend weekly supervision • Attend weekly training when you start with our company for the 1st 4 weeks Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed • Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting • Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA • If an associate must have associate license • Must be able to practice in CA Compensation: $27 - $35 hourly
