You'll provide patients with EBT intervention, diagnose psychological problems, identify problematic patterns that need to be modified, help strengthen their communication, and address dysfunctional behaviors. Responsibilities: • Conduct intake and needs assessment of individuals, significant others, and family members by testing, interviewing, observing, and holding discussion sessions • Attend and participate in weekly scheduled Clinical Team meetings and collaborate with community agencies • Plan, carry out, and assess therapeutic treatment programs for each patient individually • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards • Deliver mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children by employing solution-focused counseling techniques • Attend weekly supervision • Attend weekly training when you start with our company for the 1st 4 weeks Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, are needed • Must have experience providing therapy in a clinical setting • Must have an unrestricted state license with the BBS to practice in CA • If an associate must have associate license • Must be able to practice in CA Compensation: $27 - $35 hourly
