Job Description
As an Associate on the Corporate Business Development team, this role will support the early stages of the acquisition, partnership, and investment lifecycle, including early evaluation, diligence, execution, and monitoring. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Business Development, this role will require you to work closely with business leaders in product, engineering, sales, and finance.
You will be expected to be a key individual contributor on our Corporate Business Development team. You will build thoughtful financial models, perform market research and analysis, engage with external market participants, and create key deliverables that shape our views on the direction of the company. You are expected to be able to collaborate and communicate across cross-functional teams to ensure deal success.
Preferred candidates will have 1-3 years of professional work experience in a mix of investment banking, growth equity, private equity, and/or corporate development roles with prior deal execution experience in enterprise software or technology sectors.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $85,500 - $132,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
