Qualifications
_ Basic Requirements_
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- 2+ years of Compliance or Litigation experience
- Member in good standing of the State Bar of Florida, or member in good standing of another State Bar and registered as in-house counsel
_ Desired Characteristics_
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with adaptability to advise a range of personalities and styles, as well as establish effective relationships within all levels of the organization
- Solid leadership and influencing skills
- Ability to self-motivate, and work independently as well as collaboratively
- Clear thinker with ability to assess risk and develop effective, efficient and strategic solutions
- Understanding of the elements of an effective compliance program for a publicly-traded, global company
- Knowledge of rules, regulations, and best compliance practices regarding anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, economic sanctions, International Trade Controls, conflicts of interest, gifts and business entertainment, and related matters
_ Additional Requirements_
- Must be willing to work in Orlando, FL
- Must have flexibility with working hours
- This position has been designated as hybrid , generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week
