Role Purpose
The Associate Counsel/Counsel, Ad Tech & Partnerships will report to the VP, Ad Tech & Partnerships and help support the development, distribution and monetization of data-driven advertising products and services. This role primarily involves drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment and requires a self-starter with a curiosity and enthusiasm for learning about NBCU’s ad technology stack and staying current on developments in caselaw and regulations impacting the digital advertising industry.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary ranges: Associate Counsel salary range $100-130k (bonus eligible) Counsel salary range $110-140k (bonus and LTI eligible).
