_ Role Purpose_
The role of Associate Counsel/Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs will serve as a legal point of contact, provide legal support and meaningfully contribute to key business decisions with respect to all aspects of content acquisition by NBCUniversal’s broad portfolio of television entertainment networks ( ** NBC, USA, Bravo, Syfy, E!, Oxygen and Universal Kids** ) and our dynamic streaming service Peacock – including a wide range of issues relating to the distribution and licensing of film, television, news, sports, live events and original programming.

This position has been designated as hybrid , generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Counsel salary range: $140,000- $170,000 and long-term incentive eligible, bonus eligible.
