The Owner docs are high level clinicians who have helped coach and upskill several dentists to become $1 million + elite clinicians.

    Compensation:

    • First 2 months: $10,000/month base salary

    • Transition to a tiered compensation model

    Schedule:

    • Monday - Thursday or Thursday - Saturday

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • Preferably 1+ year of experience as an associate dentist

    • Hold an active Indiana state dental license

    • Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans for enhanced patient care

    • Diagnose and treat various dental issues, including cosmetic and restorative needs

    • Collaborate with a highly skilled team to maintain a positive work environment

    • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

    • Display adaptability and eagerness to learn and integrate new techniques

    • Maintain a solid understanding of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics

    • Eager to learn great communication skills and constantly improve.
