Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.E.) desirable; LEED AP accreditation preferred
- Experience: 8+ years in electrical engineering design within the construction industry
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit; familiarity with electrical fault analysis and lighting design software
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently and in teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs
- Create detailed design drawings, models, and technical specifications
- Manage project workloads and mentor junior engineers
- Monitor financial performance and ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives
- Proactively address workload issues and maintain project timelines
