Associate Financial Advisor
Location: Lacey, WA
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 base salary
Status: Full time - 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM, In-office (Hybrid after 1 year)

As an Associate Financial Advisor on our team, you will develop relationships and create tailored financial plans for clients preparing for, transitioning into, or already navigating retirement. You'll be part of a close-knit, upbeat, and flexible team, working closely with our lead Financial Planner. As an Associate Financial Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and strengthening client/advisor relationships
- Gathering data, including client goals and vision
- Developing, presenting, and implementing financial plans
- Providing ongoing advice and support to clients, ensuring they remain on track with their financial goals
- Annually reviewing and updating clients' financial situations
- Develop recommendations to achieve clients' goals, considering estate, tax, retirement, and business planning objectives
- Conducting thorough financial assessments and prepare detailed reports
- Adhering to all FINRA/SEC/Commonwealth compliance regulations and meeting continuing education requirements
- Addressing client questions and concerns promptly
- Staying current on industry developments, service and product enhancements, regulatory issues, and client needs
- Participating in community outreach programs to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation
Qualifications for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- CFP® certification required or willingness to obtain
- Series 65 (or Series 7/66 Equivalent)
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and terminology
- Comfortable discussing estate and tax planning issues
- Experience with financial planning software such as Right Capital, Morningstar® Advisor Workstation, Holistiplan, and Income Lab preferred
- 2-5 years of experience working in a fiduciary capacity as a Financial Planner
