    Wealth Navigation Advisors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to our clients.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist senior financial advisors in creating personalized financial plans and investment strategies for clients.

    • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on clients' financial status, including income, expenses, investments, and debts.

    • Participate in client meetings to gather information, present financial plans, and provide ongoing support.

    • Research and analyze investment opportunities, market trends, and financial products.

    • Prepare and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

    • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.

    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.

    • Assist in the development of marketing and client outreach initiatives.

    • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • Relevant certifications:

    • Series 7, Series 66 are mandatory

    • CFP and CA insurance license are strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain them.

    • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, investment management, or a related field.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
