Responsibilities: • Educate Clients on Financial Solutions – Provide guidance on insurance, wealth-building strategies, and financial protection tailored to individual and family needs. • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships – Build trust with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and long-term financial planning. • Generate Leads and Build a Client Base – Proactively connect with potential clients through networking, social media, referrals, and outreach efforts. • Participate in Training and Development – Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and skill-building programs to enhance financial knowledge and sales abilities. • Advance into Leadership Roles – Demonstrate performance and leadership potential to progress into team-building and management positions within GFI-Gilroy Qualifications: • Strong Communication Skills – Ability to connect with people, explain financial concepts clearly, and build relationships with clients. • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented – Driven to succeed, take initiative, and work independently while meeting performance goals. • Passion for Helping People – Desire to make a positive impact by guiding families toward financial security and wealth-building. • Willingness to Learn and Be Coached – Open to training, mentorship, and continuous growth in financial knowledge and sales skills. • No Experience Required – Must be willing to obtain necessary licenses (training and support provided) and develop expertise in the financial industry. Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000
