    We are seeking an experienced financial advisor to assist clients in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, a proven track record of creating successful and long-term advising relationships, and excellent communication skills. You will grow personally and professionally along with your clients Qualifications: • Valid professional license CPA, or CFP (Certified Financial Planner license from Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards) and FINRA Series 7 and 66, are required • Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is required • Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred • Previous success in financial services as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is needed • Competitive • Enterprising • Coachable • Communicative • Self-disciplined • Authentic • Winning Attitude Compensation: $140,500 at plan earnings
