    About SPENGA

    There are ultimately three components to fitness: cardio, strength, and flexibility. SPENGA is the first fitness studio of its kind, to put equal focus on all three components in one 60-minute workout, through a combination of spin, strength training, and yoga.

    We have plans to bring the SPENGA experience to Bucks and Montgomery Counties with 5 studios over the next several years.     Position Summary:

    A SPENGA manager is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who warmly welcomes and takes care of members. In addition to membership engagement, this position will focus on building membership through grass roots efforts, follow-up with leads from marketing efforts, and partnerships with local complementary businesses. The position will also have responsibility for studio operations, assuring studio cleanliness and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    Potential to move into a General Manager role in 8-12 months

    High energy, enthusiasm and drive

    Ability to direct marketing and social media engagement

    A willingness to learn and grow, including the willingness to be coached

    Strong management and leadership abilities

    Ability to engage with members and prospects face-to-face and by phone, text and email

    Excellent sales and customer service skills

    Passion for fitness

    Excellent follow-up skills

    Top notch attention to detail

    Potential to grow with a young, dynamic organization

    Ability to move strength equipment, up to 50 lbs.

    Job Requirements:

    Oversee day to day studio operations, including cleanliness, supplies and retail

    Increase membership level, meet and exceed sales expectations through grass roots marketing, social media engagement, lead follow-up, community events and partnerships with local businesses.

    Contribute to a positive culture among employees and members

    Willingness to contribute where needed, in and out of the studio
