Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate HR Process Excellence Analyst.
This role will be critical in managing and driving our strategic One HR process excellence strategy at NYU Langone Health. The individual would be expected to work closely across the One HR team and collaborate with subject matter experts to drive excellence across HR. The individual will analyze the current HR business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and simplification while sustaining the improvement. To achieve the level of improvement necessary for success, the individual in this position needs to continuously learn, ask probing questions, and respectfully challenge current processes. Moreover, this individual would be required to learn to work with various data sources to write formulas/code in Excel, Tableau, and SQL to allow you to analyze and measure the success of projects and process excellence activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, statistics, epidemiology, math, science, engineering, economics, business, or health administration
· Minimum of 1 year experience with Tableau and/or Oracle SQL as a developer
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills
· Must be willing to work effectively with others in a highly collaborative environment, managing multiple competing priorities and assignments, while taking actions that respect the needs and contributions of others
· Effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience with Salesforce CRM and PeopleSoft as a user or technical support
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role with demonstrated knowledge of policies and process flows

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York State Pay Transparency Law. The salary range for the role is $58,931.00 - $98,213.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
