Clinic Description As an Associate Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country. Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.
Who is Ellie North Idaho? Ellie Mental Health of North Idaho is a group of like minded mental health providers that are committed to serve our clients. We are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. The clinician’s experience is our priority and we show this by offering excellent compensation, benefits, training, free CEUs, and therapist controlled scheduling. We know that clinicians do not always enjoy the administrative side of the work we do so we take care of a lot of that for our clinicians. We have centralized administrative, technology, referral and inquiry support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, billing and collections, and insurance contracting/credentialling. We want our people to be happy because happy therapists do better work and provide better client care.
