We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll represent clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, handle legal transactions, and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver exceptional results. A hybrid schedule is available for the right candidate. Job Type: Full-time (part-time or reduced hours may be considered). Work Location: Hybrid (remote and in-office) in Cinnaminson, NJ. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in court hearings or before government agencies. • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision and attention to detail. • Advise clients on legal and business transactions, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes. • Negotiate settlements to resolve disputes efficiently. • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. • Perform administrative and management functions related to client matters. Qualifications: • Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license is strongly preferred).4+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in litigation. • Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is a plus. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • A team player with the ability to build meaningful client relationships. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney is a bonus). • Motivated, empathetic, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
