Job Description
The Associate Manager, NYC Enrollment plays a crucial role in supporting the enrollment process at Uncommon NYC. They are responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks related to student recruitment, outreach, and application management. The Associate Manager, NYC Enrollment will work closely with the Manager, NYC Enrollment and other team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies, cultivate community relationships, and ensure the visibility of the institution as an educational option. They also track the effectiveness of outreach efforts, manage family information sessions, and maintain accurate records of student applications. The Associate Manager, NYC Enrollment supports the overall enrollment goals and collaborates with stakeholders to streamline the enrollment process for prospective students.
Community Outreach: Lead all canvassing, tabling, and other recruitment efforts according to the NYC enrollment strategic plan.
Family Outreach Management: Manage family information sessions.
Recruitment and Enrollment: Assist the Director of School Support and Manager, NYC Regional Enrollment in the execution and management of recruitment strategy plans and targets, using data analysis to determine and respond to community and school needs for outreach and enrollment.
Student Application and Record Management: Collaborate with the Manager, NYC Regional Enrollment to manage all prospective student applications, enrollment paperwork, and prospective family communication following-up on missing pieces of information to submit applications.

Compensation for this position: Candidates who meet all job description requirements will likely receive an offer of $78,300. The starting compensation for this role is between $74,000 to $87,000. The starting pay will depend on various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. To receive an offer at the top of the range, candidates will need significant experience beyond the job description requirements. Because we value staff tenure in a role, we do not currently cap salary ranges for current staff members.
