    Job Description

    AIR Communities is hiring an Associate Manager for our large Luxury community in Philadelphia, PA! Located conveniently to The Barnes and Philadelphia Museum of Art......off the Schuylkill Banks trail!

    Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the execution of AIR's sales process. We offer a competitive base salary + competitive commission structure, 25% discount to live on-site.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.
    • Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.
    • Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.
    • Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.
    • Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
    • Familiar with goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
    • Exceptional customer service skills to address current/future resident needs.
    • Reliable transportation.
    • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends.
    • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

    AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance at the individual, team, and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary, bonuses, and benefit options topped off with:

    • Expected pay rate of $18.00-$30.00 plus very lucrative commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
    • Base salary plus commission structure. (Annual income anticipated between $85,000-$100,000+)
