    Job Description

    The Associate Omni Merchandiser is responsible for supporting the Omni Merchandiser and Omni Merchandise Manager in executing the US merchandising strategy to meet the needs of the business: including analyses, and all areas involved in product management and maximizing sales for the US Market of & Other Stories. The Associate Omni Merchandiser will contribute to the US Merchandising Team with superior analytical and strategic strength, strong partnership qualities, and a passion and developed knowledge of the retail and fashion industries. In partnership with the Omni Merchandiser and Omni Merchandise Manager, the person in this role will assist in creating the best customer offer for & Other Stories by supporting in all areas connected to sales and inventory optimization.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Finance, Business, or Economics.
    • 1-2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce buying, planning, or merchandising within a related business or brand.
    • Strong understanding of Key Selling KPIs and Retail Math.
    • A passion for and knowledge of the fashion/retail industries.
    • Experience in driving change with an open mind to improve and find new efficient ways of working.
    • Fluent in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel.

    Compensation:

    The salary range for this role is $66.793 - $75.143 annually
