    We are currently seeking an Associate Outpatient Therapist to support our clients in Metro Atlanta, GA. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain supervised clinical hours necessary for full licensure while contributing to meaningful therapeutic outcomes in a school-based setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct Counseling : Provide individual and group counseling tailored to the needs of our client population.
    • Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaboration : Partner with staff, families, and mental health professionals to deliver holistic care.
    • Documentation : Maintain accurate, timely records of sessions, assessments, and interventions in compliance with client guidelines.
    • Supervision & Training: Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

    Qualifications

    • Education : A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
    • Licensure : Associate Professional Counselor (APC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), or equivalent in Georgia.
    • Skills : Strong ability to build rapport with students, families, and school staff. Proficient in communication, documentation, and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
    • Commitment to Growth : Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

    Preferred Experience

    • School-Based Experience : Previous experience in schools or working with children and adolescents is a plus.
    • Technical Skills : Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
