    Job Description

    Manage and maintenance of Summerville site document quality system including documentation creation, record retention, and adherence to the Bosch GS quality management system. Ensure adherence to standard GS document storage, tracking, templates, and content. Support creation and implementation of standards and procedures on site. Support operational quality initiative and quality investigations.

    Ensure Summerville site is compliant with IATF and ISO standards. Prepare and support central group for internal and external audits. Interface with site and central group to ensure audit non-conformities corrective actions to closure within timely manner.

    PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Job Description

    • Management and maintenance of site quality management system ensuring requirements and standards are incorporated, deployed, and verified across site, documentation creation coordination, record retention, SharePoint document management.

    • Ensure preparation, maintenance, and accuracy of documents for the support of operation activities: including document change control, new procedures, standard work instructions and quality documentation.

    • Communicate effectively with team document roll-out in all departments, and training when required.

    • Work with management and operations to prepare for internal and external audits, support compliance and sustainability of corrective actions if non-conformities are determined. Responsible for supporting auditee and auditor during audits.

      • Provide quality system support thought methods and tools such as 8D, FMEA, PDCA, CIP, Problem solving, and quality investigations. Maintain plant to plan quality systematic communications through SAP Q2 creation and maintenance.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Quality or Supply Chain discipline and/or specialized training in business or warehouse management.
    • 2 – 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations or related field required.
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strongly preferred technical writing experience or equivalent.
    • Strongly preferred experience in audit support.
    • Basic experience with SAP ERP
    • Ability to delegate, multi-task, lead groups, and communicate effectively.
    • Ability to work on cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Possess organizational skills.
    • Affinity to work with processes and people.
    • Basic experience IATF or ISO audits.
    • Experience utilizing problem solving techniques.
    • Analytical thinking, detail orientated.
    • Collaboration in team environment
    • Ability to multi-task various projects and topics
    • Moderation and communication skills.
    • Demonstrate discipline and consistency regarding adherence to standards, policies and procedures.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
