This role is hybrid 3 days in-office and 2 days WFM along with 90 days full-time in-office to start.

This is not a sales role rather you will be analyzing client portfolios and making recommendations only to current established or already in-coming clients. No prospecting...ever. The ideal candidate for this role is someone relatively early in their career (0-2 years of experience who has a thirst to learn and break into the world of Wealth Management.

Our client is a Wealth Management firm that manages approximately $5 Billion in AUM and with an established client base, this role is all about ensuring clients have the best possible experience. Hence we are looking for someone who is a great communicator and detail-oriented. Though we'd like to see a Degree in a related space and a Series 66 would be interesting, neither is a deal breaker. (A Series 66 can be obtained upon hire). What is required is someone who open to learning and absorbing the ways things are done so that they can quickly become someone who adds value.

You will work directly with clients in this role who have come to get guidance on some of their most precious assets, and things they've built over a lifetime of work and stewardship so it is equally important that we find someone with a very strong moral and ethical foundation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with existing and incoming clients (No Sales / Cold-Calling) to analyze their portfolio and develop risk-related offerings/solutions (insurance/annuities) where it makes sense
    • Assist clients with 401(k) plan servicing needs
    • Communicate the value of these risk products to the client and clearly explain the problems they solve and the risks they address in their portfolios.

    Requirements:

    • 0-2 years of Professional experience that demonstrates the traits below
    • Very strong communicator - Both written and verbal communication.
    • Strong moral and ethical compass/foundation.
    • Detail-Oriented / Analytical - Able to intake information and data and form conclusions and recommendations (Or knows what further questions to ask)
    • Self starter able to independently drive towards company and individual goals regarding production/results.
    • Customer-Focused. Concerned with clients having a great experience.
    • This is not a sales role but you will be making recommendations to customers and showing them benefits and solutions to problems that they may not have thought of themselves. Hence, the ability to "sell" is a big plus.
    • Bachelors Degree. Financial focus is preferred but it really doesn't matter.
    • Series 66 would be a plus but not required.
