Title: Associate Sales Representative
Company: Independent regional distributor of top of the line Orthopedic Craniomaxillofacial and Thoracic devices.
Territory: Long Island
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Sales Representatives with day-to-day sales tasks to achieve territory sales goals.
- Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service
- Case coverage can be early morning and on-call for emergency procedures
- Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years prior experience in sales, with documented top performance accomplishments
- Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice to for emergency cases
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Interest in Orthopedic industry is a plus
Compensation:
- First year expected total earnings $65-80k, Second year expected total earnings can be $80k-$100K based on productivity. This is a full time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
