Title: Associate Sales Representative - Critical Care

Territory: Boston, MA and surrounding areas.

Company: 30 + year old distributor of medical devices used in the OR and critical care departments throughout the hospital.

Description:

• Support 2 Senior Sale Reps in Chicago to promote sales of assigned products through territory, deepening relationships with existing accounts and new account acquisitions.
• Prepare and deliver financial analysis to decision makers across hospital administration, nurse managers, OR operations and surgeons.
• Work with internal counterparts to support the full scope of needs within assigned territory.
• Territory is healthy with lots of existing business.

Requirements: 

• 1-4 years outside sales experience in B2B, Medical, Pharma.
• Completed college degree, preferred 
• Ability to travel within territory
• Clean driving record.

Compensation:

75k-100k Total earns including negotiated base salary and bonuses based on case coverage. Long term growth to Full Line Rep based on performance, with total earnings averaging 150-160k.
