Job Description
Under the direction of the Manager, Training & Development, the Associate Training and Development Specialist creates/facilitates/maintains training for associates.
Position location – This is a remote role.
RESPONSIBLIITIES:
- Use established tools to design, develop and implement innovative training
- Partner with subject matter experts to gain access to source material and associated relevant content
- Work with associates on the Training team in creating, coordinating and facilitating training across multiple formats
- Maintain learning management system access and content as directed
- Ensure that training is tracked, warehoused and maintained per Training & Development protocol
- Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders
