    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle white-collar criminal defense cases, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters
    • Represent corporate and individual clients in high-profile federal and state investigations
    • Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs, and assist in trial preparation
    • Engage in client counseling, strategy development, and risk assessment
    • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and cross-functional teams on complex litigation matters

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in white-collar litigation, government investigations, or related practice areas
    • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and client management skills
    • Admitted to the New York Bar
