Association Manager at PMI Smarter Solutions
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of community associations
Communicate effectively with homeowners
Conduct compliance inspections and report generation
Handle homeowner inquiries through various communication channels
Maintain and update homeowner account notes
Oversee the sending, tracking, and response to violation letters and architectural requests
Produce community newsletters
Create and manage maintenance work orders and insurance bids
Attend and document monthly and quarterly community meetings
Perform community inspections
Organize and manage community documents, including bids and contracts
Process special mailings and manage vendor relationships
Qualifications:
High level of understand of the David Stirling Act
Familiarity of 55+ Communities
Understanding of HOA governing documents and financial reports
High accuracy and organizational skills in homeowner interactions
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Competent in using computer software for spreadsheets, word processing, and email
Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute
