    Job Description

    The Assistant Manager, Global SVOD Sales Planning & Administration, is primarily responsible for supporting our global television business. There is an emphasis on the internal sales processing particularly with respect to the global SVOD deals. This role reports to Manager, Sales Planning & Administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Input and track SVOD licenses for features and/or TV series using SAFE database (or new systems as they become available) and process deals internally to enable timely billing and correct availability data.
    • For series product, track TV start dates and create offer lists based on contractual obligations and TV clearance schedules for SVOD licenses.
    • Read and interpret license agreements to ensure accuracy in deal entry as well as track all contractual obligations including deadlines and notice requirements.
    • Send legally binding notices to clients. Ensure all contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
    • Analyze data to ensure licensed product has been captured accurately in SAFE database.
    • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with the relevant staff, particularly the applicable sales teams as well as the local field offices to ensure that we can work effectively to meet contractual requirements.
    • Support the Manager, Global SVOD Sales Planning & Administration with various projects including the generation and analysis of availability lists of feature and series product on an ad-hoc basis.
    • Work closely with Distribution Services to ensure timely delivery of product.
    • Contribute to process automation projects by identifying and testing system enhancements.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1+ years of experience required
    • Excel proficiency beyond the intermediate level
    • Ability to navigate systems and databases

    • Self-motivated individual who possesses excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to read and interpret license agreements
    • Previous TV distribution experience preferred
