We are seeking self-motivated, highly driven COMMERCIAL SALES REPS to work closely with our National Sales & Marketing Department.
SUMMARY
- Submit utility bills - generate warm leads, referral opportunities, for our Sales Dept. through outbound/inbound calls, in person, and/or by email
- Build lead generation cycles through networking, especially for future prospecting purposes, to insure adequate follow-ups
- Provide support initiatives by qualifying leads as low, medium, or high-priority as to ensure interdepartmental streamlining
- Communicate ethically, effectively and efficiently with prospective clients regarding our customized energy programs
- Build positive rapport with clients, and communicate regularly regarding inquiries, feedback, issues and/ or concerns
- Attend virtual training webinars, workshops and other professional development conference calls as needed - optional
- Receive, document and resolve all client inquiries and concerns
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, directs and controls territory lead generation/referral efforts in conjunction with Sales Department
- Assists in driving sales through referrals, prospecting; leveraging existing networks, and cultivating new relationships
- Applies knowledge of company products / services and efficiently gathers information for the Analyst Division
- Aid Sales and Analyst Departments in territorial promotions, documentation retrieval / outreach, or other tasks as requested
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the client’s experience
- Compile and generate reports as they relate to sales efforts, etcetera
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4-year Bachelor's Degree
- At least two years of commercial sales experience or B2B
- Computer Savvy – Email, Excel, Office Software etcetera
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
- 100% Flexible (HYBRID REMOTE POSITION)
- 100% Commission based - NO CAP TO COMMISSIONS
- MONTHLY RESIDUALS AND BONUSES (up to 4 years) on New Accounts & Renewals
