    We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers around 30 hours per week with potential for more hours during peak seasons (August-March). As the Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage the mailroom operations, including sorting and distributing mail and packages, and occasional trips to the post office.
    • Welcome and assist guests in the lobby, ensuring they are signed in and equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
    • Support meeting logistics, including preparing meeting rooms, ordering lunches, and ensuring rooms are clean and stocked.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed, keeping the supply closet organized.
    • Provide general administrative support to office staff as required.
    • Assist in managing contracts for external services such as cleaning crew, Cintas, Shred-It, etc.
    • Keep the kitchen area stocked, clean, and organized.
    • Maintain and update personnel files as needed.
    • Train as backup for Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles as required.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods.
    • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday, approx 5-6 hours per day between the hours of 7am-4pm

    Pay:

    $22-24/hr paid weekly
