RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Our Customer Care/Sales Representative are responsible for identifying customer needs and are trained in constructing a memorable experience that ensures consumer loyalty.
· Responsible for selling In-Home warranty service to customers on every call.
· Assist customers with technical support
· Provide information about the products and services
· Resolve product issues and concerns
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Previous experience in customer service, tech support or other related fields
· Ability to build rapport with clients
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Positive and professional demeanor
