Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Athlete Manager to join our growing team at Revive MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with athletes, creating tailored wellness and recovery plans, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure athletes achieve their performance and recovery goals. This role will require a blend of strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for sports and health.
Key Responsibilities:
Athlete Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with professional and amateur athletes across various sports.
Program Development: Collaborate with the medical and wellness teams to design personalized recovery programs and performance enhancement plans.
Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments for athletes, ensuring timely and effective treatments.
Client Support: Provide guidance and support to athletes throughout their wellness journey, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
Marketing and Brand Representation: Act as a liaison between athletes and the marketing team to promote Revive MD's services through endorsements and social media.
Event Planning: Organize and oversee athlete-focused events, workshops, and wellness seminars to promote Revive MD's services.
Reporting: Track athlete progress and treatment outcomes, providing feedback to clients and ensuring satisfaction.
Industry Networking: Attend sports events, conferences, and industry functions to expand Revive MD’s network and build new business relationships.
This is an In-House Position or willing to relocate prior to employment
