DETAIL ORIENTED NATURE - The technical nature of 1031 –and the 6 month arch of an exchange- requires an exchange consultant to work on numerous files at various stages with ease. Multiple details must be completed to comply with the 1031 Regulations.

    • Must be able to juggle and easily track multiple files with different closing dates and deadlines
    • Must be organized and able to file items received daily- both electronically and in paper.
