Radiologic Technologist Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiology Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasound, on patients as directed by physicians. The Radiology Technician will be responsible for positioning patients, operating and maintaining imaging equipment, and producing high-quality images for diagnosis. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with patients to ensure they are comfortable and understand the imaging process. Additionally, the Radiology Technician will be responsible for maintaining patient records, adhering to safety protocols, and staying current on new imaging techniques and technologies. A degree in radiologic technology and certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required for this position. Experience working in a clinical setting and with electronic medical records systems is preferred. Lastly, you must live 50+ miles from the facility.
