JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with an experienced service team to learn diagnostic and repair service for engine and electric forklift trucks, reach trucks and warehouse equipment. Learn to efficiently solve customer problems by complying with all safety and process requirements. Gain knowledge of our business and the material handling industry in order to promote aftermarket parts, service, and service contracts to contribute to overall customer satisfaction, growth and success of the organization.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Ability to read hydraulics and schematics is a benefit, but not a requirement 
• Basic computer skills and smartphone technology knowledge and experience
• High level of professionalism, personal integrity and accountability
• Mechanics tools not required upon start 
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must successfully pass drug test, background check and physical
• Must demonstrate safe work habits and complete all required safety training upon hire
