Atlas Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to join our internal team!

If you are a great multitasker with people skills, basic computer knowledge and a drive to succeed, we are looking for you. Not sure if you would be a good fit? A Staffing Coordinator is responsible for developing great relationships with our clients and employees. Our number one goal is making sure all existing employees and clients are taken care of. In this position you will learn everything about the hiring process as well as many key human resource functions. Some of those responsibilities are:

· Taking Applications

· Conducting one on one interviews with potential employees

· Completing Onboarding Paperwork (Policy sign offs, I-9, W-4, etc.)

· Search internal employee database for qualified job candidates

· Make job offers via phone, text and email

· Take client orders and provide customer service

· Maintain employee records

· And MANY more

Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $18.00- $20.00 starting wage + bonus schedule after probationary period

Location: Columbia Heights Atlas Staffing Office
